Our Apartments
The Fulton House features two apartment styles: studios, which are around 450 sq ft, and 1 bedrooms, at approximately 850 sq feet. A few units in the building have been combined.

All units are multi-floor, with an entrance and clothes closet on one floor, and a stairway leading up or down to the main living area. The one bedroom units are on three floors, with a second stairway leading to the bed and bathroom area.

Apartments facing Boulevard East all have large picture windows and walk-on, glass-railed balconies facing the Hudson River and New York City.
The picture below demonstrates the general layout of the main living area, whether a studio or one-bedroom. The primary difference between units is the configuration of the kitchen.
The unit seen below features a Pullman-style, partially enclosed kitchen.
The kitchen walls are easily removed. Remodeling choices include island-style kitchens as well as an open-concept style.
The up-stairways you see in these pictures lead to the bedroom level. The studio apartments feature a closet in what otherwise be that stairway area.
