Located on the corner of Boulevard East and Fulton Street in Weehawken, New Jersey, the Fulton House Cooperative overlooks some of most spectacular views in the world.
All Fulton House residents have clear, unobstructed views of the Hudson River and the Manhattan skyline. They can see as far as the Verrazano Narrows Bridge to the south and the New York State Palisade Parkway on the northeast.
Directly in front of the Fulton House are sweeping vistas of Midtown Manhattan. Our Home Page photo of a New York sunrise, for example, was taken on October 2004 from a 4th Floor front porch.
Famous New York City views include the Empire State Building, the Cunard Docks (and the Queen Mary 2), and the Time Warner Center, to name a few. The Hudson River, boats and lush parks make up the rest.
To help you better visualize where we are located and why we have such spectacular views, the red dot on the map below shows you our relationship to the Hudson River, Lincoln Tunnel, and Manhattan. A second map at the bottom of this page shows our proximity to commuter transportation, which includes numerous bus lines, the New York Waterways ferries, and the Path light rail system.

Immediately in front of The Fulton House is the beautiful Boulevard East palisade. This cliff-side, tree-lined parkway extends three miles from Weehawken to the North Hudson Park and ball diamond in Guttenberg.
The walkway, which features panoramic river and New York views at every turn, is dotted with large and small parks. In Weehawken, the walkway begins at the famous Hamilton Park.
Approximately one mile northeast of Hamilton Park, on the corner of 60th Street and Boulevard East, is the West New York park with a large playground, fountain, numerous cliff-side benches, and plenty of places to play ball or have picnics.
In addition to beautiful views and a park-like setting, access to public transportation from The Fulton House is excellent.
Several bus lines, including the NJ Transit System, stop next to The Fulton House. Given the number of buses that ply the boulevard, on most days, the wait is no more than six minutes. Bus destinations include the NY NJ Port Authority at 42nd Street in New York, and Hoboken, NJ, for connections with Downtown New York, and major New Jersey cities.
Immediately below The Fulton House is the New York Waterway's Port Imperial Ferry Terminal, which provides rides to and from Midtown New York every 15 minutes.
Near the ferry terminal is the New Jersey Light Rail System, a train that connects Weehawken with numerous destinations, including Midtown and Downtown New York, as well as major cities in New Jersey, such as Hoboken, Newport, Jersey City, and Newark.
By car, it takes approximately three minutes to arrive at the Lincoln Tunnel or connect with the NJ Expressway. Going northeast, you can reach Fort Lee and George Washington Bridge in approximately 15 minutes.
As you can see in the map below, the residents of The Fulton House Cooperative enjoy great transportation connections, in addition to great views. They also have the companionship of other owner-occupants.
